Fast honest work. Jetted the line. Checked the sewer made sure we had water flow. Time window was 8-12 they were here 8am sharp. Also charged $395 for the jetting service literally HALF the price that M&O sanitation quoted me. They really came through for us. Thanks again!

October 2022 we needed our septic replaced. It was the original since the cape was built back in the 50s. Proseptic came out and gave an initial estimate. The workers came as scheduled and kept us updated each step of the way and answered any questions without hesitation. We were informed that the leach fields needed to be replace. The workers showed us the issues and explained in detail what the problem was and why it happened. It was a shock to us but had to be completed. They were professional and to the point which we appreciated. They explained the next steps, with the additional costs. The work was completed while I slept (overnight worker). Very respectful, and professional. When I woke, I would have never known they were there except for the lack of grass, which they seeded and hayed. We felt there was no hidden agenda, and was not pressured.

I would just like to say how professional this company was while helping me with my septic. We have been having issues with our tank for awhile now. The women in the office was very helpful and kind to get us scheduled. The men that came and did the work were very professional and explained everything to me! They were very reasonable with pricing and I didn't feel they were unfair as others have been in the past! Had a new system installed recently and it was a excellent experience from start to finish! And price was much better than any other companies quotes. They came on time, and had the new tank installed and packed up and gone in less than a day, and made sure everything was copacetic. Would highly recommend!

Was having issues with a failed cesspool and contacted this company. They were very responsive and provided a quote for a new septic system and completed the project in a timely manner. Finding reliable, responsive, quality contractors is hard these days. Glad I found these guys and plan to use them for pumping out the new system several years from now.

I was SO delighted at the service this company provided. The serviceman was prompt, professional, courteous and incredibly helpful. He discovered that the service port that other, previous services had used was the incorrect one and found the proper entry port quickly. The servicing was done promptly and efficiently. Beyond that, he re-filled the hole(s) with soil and even put grass seed down to regenerate that part of the lawn. The most professional behavior I've seen from anyone in years. This was my first experience with ProSeptic but they will now be my first call when I need their expertise again.

We have used ProSeptic to pump out annually for years and they are always professional & punctual. This morning we had an emergency and I texted Jason at 7 and he showed up at 9:30 to rescue my clogged septic (baby wipes from my kids clogged us up). They're the best!!
